When I received my machine, I was very intimidated by it's size! Slowly i unpacked it, set it up and did a few test runs. Then...off to you tube...where i learned soon much!! I love this thing! OK back to crafting!!!

Pleasantly surprised. Laser came quickly, perfect condition. Opened it up and set it up in under an hour. Completed my first project from a CAD file 20 minutes after that. Works as stated, VERY easy to use!! Highly recommended
