Free shipping on all orders over 99€.
For orders under 99€, standard DHL and DPD shipping charges apply.

Delivery Range

Europe : France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, Lithuania, Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Finland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece.

Shipping Time

In Germany , the average transit time is 1-3 business days from Germany Local Warehouse .
In other Europe countries , the average transit time is 3-5 business days from Germany Local Warehouse . Normally we ship out the goods within 48 hours, and the average transit time depends on the logistics.(Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

Shipping Instructions

Make sure orders have the correct name, address, and contact information, so items are delivered successfully.
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, contact the Wecreat Support Team at support.eu@wecreat.com.

FAQ

 

1. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
    We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
    2. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
      Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you want to change the shipping address before shipping begins, don't hesitate to contact the Europe Wecreat Support Team at support.eu@wecreat.com.
      Note: If a wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. WeCreat will not replace the order or issue a refund.
