Refund policy

We sincerely hope you enjoy the WeCreat product, but we also understand that sometimes you might want to return the product for a refund. Please read the instructions below before you initiate the return.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • If your cancellation request is received before the order is shipped and within the 24-hour cancellation window, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our return process below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in WeCreat’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Important: Please contact our customer service(support.eu@wecreat.com) before returning any items. We do not accept any returns without prior confirmation.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a refund request for non-quality issues of items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through WeCreat’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

How do I return an item?

  1. Please reach out to support.eu@wecreat.com to initiate a return. Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
  2. WeCreat support will inspect the request and reply within 1 business day, and share the corresponding return instructions with you.
  3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Eu WeCreat with the following information:
  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse and finishes the inspection. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 1-3 working days.
